EAT

We have picked healthy and tasty food vendors just for you — eat up!  We don’t ask you about your allergies, so make sure you check in with the chefs to avoid problems.

DRINK

What would girls night out be without libations?? And….Who couldn’t use a drink after dancing with reckless abandon?  We know that workouts and drinks don’t immediately seem to go together, but trust us our bartenders will fix that misconception and you’ll like it!!!

WORK OUT

Wear something you are comfortable in. You should be able to move — we will be dancing, stretching and overall rocking out so don’t get too fancy! Even if you choose to skip the workout and just do the other fun stuff, chill out – it’s good for you

WHAT IS FIT NIGHT OUT?

Fit Night Out™ is the ultimate evening of fitness, fellowship and FUN, designed especially for women. The evening will feature a myriad of organized fitness classes, ranging from yoga and Zumba®, to belly dancing, ribbon dancing, and pole aerobics. With a paramount focus on physical fitness, classes are designed for women with varying levels of interest in health and fitness – from novice to expert - to encourage exercise in a safe, familiar and fun environment of sisterhood.

Fit Night Out™ incorporates an exciting fitness component to the traditional ladies night out concept (read: food, fun times and….. oh yea — drinks!  In addition to an exhilarating work out experience, women will also indulge in specialty foods, beverages and pampering throughout the evening. The event will be consistently held on the third Sunday of each month, throughout the year, offering ladies an amazing fitness-centered event to anticipate.

Philanthropic partnership is also embedded within the Fit Night Out™ mission.  Through providing an evening of fitness and relaxation for women of the metropolitan area hosting Fit Night Out®, we also endeavor to serve its community through partnerships with non-profit organizations, during each event.  A dedicated fundraising activity is incorporated, in which total proceeds are donated to the designated non-profit partner.
